MOBIA grew its IT-VAR business nationally to a $100 million business that was spun off in a management buyout in Q3-2026, while we retained the C-level Leadership and select teams.
From our experience and long-standing relationships, it is clear that organizations are entering a phase where business and technology flows require trusted AI enablement. Our thesis is that the timing is right to focus on and expand our services and applications business. In an era of change, we will evolve as a pure-play services and applications firm and continue to partner with leading IT-product companies.

Nevin’s passion is to bring to healthcare the digital transformation that other industries have already experienced. Allowing Healthcare to stand on the shoulders of leading innovations and empowering clinicians to find new solutions to face their critical problems and improve the health outcomes of patients.
